We tasted 10 Bordeaux from 1995 including 3 first growths. We tasted the First Growths blind.
Prices are medium NY area prices found on the web. We asked for one vote for favorite for Flight II, Flight III and Flight IV. Everyone liked Clos L’Eglise Clinet. Clos du Marquis, was the favorite for Flight II. Château Pichon Longueville (Baron), was the favorite of Flight III. Château Cheval Blanc and, Château Mouton-Rothschild tied for favorite for Flight IV. All wines showed well. It was an amazing tasting of great wines.
The Monterey Jack cheese was provided by Cabot Cheese of Vermont.
