Heinx Eifel 2016 Eiswein
This wine is a gastronomic specialty made from hand-picked frozen grapes. These grapes produce only a small amount of highly concentrated juice. It is harvested from sandy/gravelly soils in the Rheinhessen in the early morning hours at the frigid temperature of -12°C (10F).
Eiswein can age for many years or can be enjoyed now. Enjoy with blue cheese, fruit desserts or as dessert on its own.
