Speaker: Harriet Lembeck, CWE, CSE

We tasted 10 Bordeaux from 2003 including 2 first growths.
Prices are medium NY area prices found on the web. We asked for one vote for favorite for Flight I, Flight II, Flight III and Flight IV. All liked Château Monbousquet from Flight I. Château Pichon-Longueville, Comtesse de Lalande – 2nd – Pauillac was the favorite of Flight II and Château Léoville Poyferré – 2nd – Saint Julien was the favorite of Flight III. Château Margaux – 1st – Margaux was the favorite of Flight IV.
All the wines showed well. It was an amazing tasting of great wines.
The Monterey Jack Cheese of Cabot Cheese of Vermont was provided with the tasting.
