Bright and rich garnet color. Concentrated aromas of black currants and plums with spice, mushrooms and dark roast coffee on nose and palate. A long silky mouth feel and finish. The Favorite of thés Flight.

Fire Road Pinot Noir 2015
Vibrant clear red. Refreshing strawberry aromas combined with light minerality and spiced wood. Dry with a light texture and medium body. Has a wonderful smooth acidity and long silky finish.

Flight III: Australia White and Red Votes Full Retail Price $
Hope Estate Mountain Wash Chardonnay 2014
This is a complex, balanced, and fresh Chardonnay. The French oak fermentation has added complexity without dulling the wine, while the crisp citrus characters keeps the palate refreshed.
3 $15.17
Hope Estate Basalt Block Shiraz 2013, Hunter Valley
Pepper and spice, with blackberry and cedary oak. A smooth, juicy palate of intense berry fruits, spicy plums, and earth. Balanced acidity along with integrated vanillin oak and soft silky tannins gives the wine great mouth-feel and length.
10 $15.56
Hope Estate The Ripper Shiraz, 2011 Donneybrook (Western Australia)
Inky, dark, red-black, with a purple hue. A generous blackberry aroma and dark cherry fruit mingles with undertones of licorice, mocha, and cedary oak. Some open fermentation has helped enrich the fruitfulness and general complexity. The Favorite of this Flight.
