Speaker: Harriet Lembeck, CWE, CSE

We tasted 10 Bordeaux from 1989 including 2 first growths.
Prices are medium NY area prices found on the web. We asked for one vote for favorite for Flight I, Flight II and Flight III. Château Angelus was the favorite for Flight I. Château Cos d’Estournel was the favorite of Flight II and Château Mouton-Rothschild was the favorite of Flight III. All the wines showed well. It was an amazing tasting of great wines.

The Monterey Jack cheese was provided by Cabot Cheese of Vermont.
