Tasters Guild/NY is the New York City local chapter of Tasters Guild International directed by Vivian and Richard Tramontana. As New York City's oldest and largest wine and food educational organization we offer a program of 40 or more wine tastings and wine dinners annually. Wine Events Planner
WEP, a dba of Tasters Guild/NY successfully organizes and executes events for a wide variety of corporations, organizations and individuals. From intimate wine-maker dinners to large-scale tastings. WEP handles all aspects of events from initial concept and planning through on-site event management. No event is too small or too large, and all receive the same attention to detail and personalized service that is our hallmark.
Vivian & Richard Tramontana, the principals of WEP, have over 45 years of combined experience in organizing and planning wine, spirit and food events. In addition to the approximately 40 events they run for their own group annually, they have extensive experience planning and implementing events for other entities. In November 2007, and in October 2008 they coordinated the Rutgers Club of New York City wine tasting for 90 attendees. In November 2008 they conducted Accenture's wine tasting for 80 people. They organized a bus trip to the Berkshires for the Newport Food and Wine Festival where famous chefs cooked their special dishes and explained how they were made. Vivian & Dick Tramontana have organized and coordinated numerous wine tastings and dinners for several local organizations and have extensive business experience managing projects.
